Within every woman is an Aphrodite.

She is the one who knows her right to pleasure, to beauty, to sensuality, to deeply fulfilling sexuality, to creativity, to prosperity, to abundance, and above all else, to love.

She is the one who claims what she desires, revels in her own delight, celebrates her womanly flesh, listens to her ancient soul, respects the value of her life, and allows her cup to overflow with golden blessings for the world.

And yet…

We live in a culture where women have learned to sacrifice our souls, our bodies, our voices, our power, and our gifts for false promises of salvation and survival within a many thousand year cycle of women’s oppression under patriarchy.

We have been taught to self abandon, self dishonor, self betray, and perhaps most painfully of all, to self forget, to forget the true nature of who and what we are.

Awakening Aphrodite is our invitation for all women to set down the burdens of the lies, dysfunctions, and distortions we have inherited about our womanhood, and to reclaim our authentic worthiness, sacredness, and power as sensual and spiritual women, to listen to the voice of Goddess within our own body and soul, and to be guided by that innermost knowing as the very medicine that restores harmony and healing in our world.

At a time in our human evolutionary journey when healing with the feminine nature is the only thing that will ensure our survival and thrival as a species, we return to the birthplace of humanity, the body of a woman, and ask Her to show us a new way.

We summon Aphrodite within all women to rebirth our world back to Love.⁠
