Our Sanctuary

Our ancestors understood the sacred connection that we all have with our great Mother Earth and took their soul pilgrimages to places that carried great significance. At times, we need to touch land and remember her wisdom to awaken and reclaim hidden facets of our souls.

There is no coincidence that many of the most potent stories of the human journey originate from Greece. It is the land of heroes and heroines, mermaids and monsters, legend and myth. Glittering with ethereal light across the crystalline sea and bathed in the scent of wild herbs scattered among the mountain trails, it is rich with the mysteries of the Goddesses and the long forgotten melodies of the Priestesses.

This is our temple that will hold us as we journey deep within…

We are gathering on the mythical island of Ithaka in the Ionian Sea, the land that inspired Homer to write The Odyssey, one of the greatest love stories of all time. Ithaka is a symbol, for home, for divine union, and the reunion of the King and Queen within, after a long long voyage returning from war.

Ithaka is wild and mostly undiscovered, with nature beaches, crystalline turquoise waters, secret caves, wandering goats, and hiking trails leading to mythological sites of mystery and herstory.

Our retreat center, Itha108, has sweeping ocean views from all of our rooms, yurts, dining areas, and yoga decks, allowing us to breathe in the radiant essence of our surroundings. On a quiet side of the island, there are no neighbors and many secret beaches a short walk away.
