I went from seeing my body as a thing of pain and just going through the motions of cleaning and showering it to worshipping it, anointing it, and loving it daily as a divine temple of the Goddess. My body in return has come alive again and delights in sensations of pleasure!!!!

I have rediscovered and reconnected to parts of myself that I did not even know I lost!! And the self love practices have allowed me to love and accept myself in ways I never thought possible!
