Foundations
⟢ We are Nature ⟣
March 23rd to 29th, 2026
This week you’ll prepare the soil for your journey in The Body, through your Foundations.
Begin by opening your manual with a map for this month. Then listen to The Body Herstory for the core teachings for our practices. Create your own intention setting ceremony with The Body Invocation which takes you on a journey to receive insights directly from your own vessel.

Receive our core teachings in The Body Herstory, where you’ll unravel the collective body story for women through the origins of body shame rooted in Original Sin, our relationship with the wild layered within the realities of trauma, the repression and distrust of the feminine in connection with environmental destruction, and how you can come home to your body as Nature again. Create your own sacred opening ceremony in The Body through this invocation audio, which includes a somatic journey deep into your sacred vessel as the incarnation of your soul. Prepare a ceremony for yourself by lighting a candle, coming to your altar, sitting or laying in meditation, and receiving our invocation through your being, then allowing your intentions to move through you. You’ll find more detailed instructions in our manual. Audio is about 30 minutes.

Gaia
⟢ Earth Embodied ⟣
March 30th to April 5th, 2026
Who are you as the living incarnation of Mother Earth? With Gaia this week, you’ll root back into sacred belonging with the natural world through the elements of your own bone, flesh, blood, and breath.
Receive our core teachings through listening to our Gaia Herstory, and reopening The Body Manual (above) to our Gaia section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Gaia Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week as part of your morning or evening routine.
Receive our core teachings in our Gaia Herstory, where you’ll remember your way back to your Mother place, the body of this Earth who created your body, the symbiotic relationship between your body and Hers, and the natural rhythms that flow between the nature around you and the seasons in your womb. Awaken Gaia in your physical body through this guided audio practice with simple and nourishing movement and stretching to ground your energy and descend into your root. You can close your eyes and just listen to my words for somatic guidance. Try to let go of exact shape or form, and instead get curious about what wants to happen in your body. Your body can only get this right. Audio is about 47 minutes.
One of my favorite vision quests in the entire Mystery School, this guided audio takes you on a journey deep into your physical wombspace as a portal for sacred communion with the womb of Mother Earth. You’ll awaken the elements of water, fire, air, and earth in your womb in reciprocal connection with the elements of Gaia, allowing yourself to be truly nourished at the deepest level of Feminine Source. Shakti

From the root of Gaia it’s time to awaken the serpent of Shakti, the feminine energy of creation, summoning your sensual life force in a profoundly visceral way. If there’s one week in our entire course with the power to change your life… it’s Shakti.

Receive our core teachings in our Shakti Herstory, awakening the tantric Goddess of Life in the Hindu tradition through your female body. You’ll go deep into the wisdom hidden in your life force energy, sexuality, and your nervous system as the voice of the Feminine in your body. Audio is about 1 hour and 44 minutes.
Shakti is best realized through direct experience, beyond ideas or concepts, right here alive in your physical body. In this audio practice you’ll be guided to awaken Shakti as the serpent at the base of your spine, as you summon Her to rise through your feminine centers, to awaken your sexual energy and experience your pure creative life force and the aliveness that is your birthright. As Goddess, Shakti has infinite faces of creation within her, just as this full spectrum lives deep within your female body. In this vision quest audio journey you’ll awaken Shakti in her incarnation as Sati, She Who Is, connecting with Her many forms and qualities within you and within nature, retrieving your own memories that hide in the body of this wise wild Earth. Asherah

Gaia grounded, Shakti turned on, it’s time to open the wells of your sacred pleasure as a woman… Goddess in form. Asherah, the Canaanite Goddess known as the Tree of Life in the Old Testament, welcomes you to reclaim your ancient power of soul rooted in your sex.

At her core Asherah shows you how to worship your body as Goddess in form. In this audio self pleasure practice you’ll be guided into intimacy with your female body through exploring your sexual anatomy with very safe, loving present self touch while looking in the mirror. You’ll complete with a Sacred Body Blessing. This is a beautiful ritual to incorporate into your daily self oil massage and works well with our Holistic Sexual Self Care section in the manual. What really happened in the Garden of Eden when Eve ate the apple? Through the knowing of your own womb, in our vision quest you’ll journey back to Eden to meet Asherah as the Tree of Life and fertility Goddess of pleasure. You’ll enter a space of healing with the sensual feminine nature and receive wisdom from your own Asherah within. Audio is about 20 minutes.
