Our journey together begins in the place where we all begin… the flesh, the blood, the bones, the body. While The Body is our focus this month, She will weave throughout our entire journey within each archetype to come. This month we create a foundation together through rooting into Her within ourselves.

Foundations
We are Nature
March 25th to 31st, 2024
This week we prepare the soil for our journey in The Body, through our Foundations. Begin by opening our manual for a map of our journey throughout the entire month, starting with our Foundations. Then listen to The Body Herstory for our core teachings that open us into our practices together this month. Create your own intention setting ceremony with The Body Invocation which takes you on a journey to receive insights directly from your own body.
In our manual you will discover a map for our journey with The Body, including our Foundations, Gaia, Shakti, and Asherah modules. In each module you will find an outline of our practices as well as additional rituals and explorations. You may wish to print this guide and read it in physical form or download to journey offline.
In our Herstory with The Body I speak to our collective story as women through the origins of body shame rooted in Original Sin, our relationship with the wild layered within the realities of trauma, and the repression and distrust of the feminine at the root of the environmental issues we face as a humanity today. This audio invocation is designed to support the opening of your journey with The Body. Prepare a ceremony for yourself, lighting your candles, sitting or laying in meditation, and receiving our invocation through your being, and then allowing your intentions to move through you. Gaia
Earth Embodied
April 1st to 7th, 2024
Our first Goddess guide, Gaia, or Mother Earth, roots us back into belonging with the natural world through the elements of our own bone, flesh, blood, and breath. Receive our core teachings through listening to our Gaia Herstory, and reopening The Body Manual (above) to our Gaia section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Gaia Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week.
In our Gaia Herstory we remember our way back to our Mother place, the body of this Earth who created our body, the symbiotic relationship between our body and Hers, and the natural rhythms that flow between the nature around us and the seasons in our wombs. Read the transcript of the audio here.
This guided audio practice offers simple and nourishing suggestions for movement and stretching to ground your energy and descend into the root of your body. You are welcome to close your eyes during the practice and just listen to my words. Your body can only get it right.

Shakti
Wild Awakening
April 8th to 14th, 2024
We come deeper into The Body now, with Shakti, the feminine energy of creation, awakening our own pure sensual life force in a profoundly visceral way. Receive our core teachings through listening to our Shakti Herstory, and reopening The Body Manual (above) to our Shakti section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Shakti Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week.
Who is the living pulse beyond thought, ideas, reasons, or perceptions of reality? Who is the life that is living us? We open to Her with Shakti, the tantric Goddess of Life in the Hindu tradition, and the one we meet through our own life force, sexuality, and also trauma and the nervous system. In this guided audio practice we awaken Shakti as the serpent at the base of our spines, and we summon Her to rise through our feminine centers, to awaken our sexual energy and experience our pure creative life force and the aliveness that is our birthright.

Asherah
Sacred Pleasure
April 15th to 21st, 2024
Our journey in The Body descends further into sensation, through our Goddess guide Asherah, the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden, who reminds us of our ancient past where spirit was rooted in sex. Receive our core teachings through listening to our Asherah Herstory, and reopening The Body Manual (above) to our Asherah section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Asherah Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week.
What is true feminine sacred pleasure? And why is reclaiming it for ourselves utterly vital for the healing of our world? In our herstory we arrive to the tree of knowledge in Eden as Asherah, the Canaanite fertility and sex magic Goddess worshipped by womb priestesses who knew the mysteries of the blood as the fountain of life. In this guided audio practice we’ll be connecting with our bodies through exploring our sexual anatomy with very safe, loving present self touch while looking in the mirror. We will complete with a Sacred Body Blessing. This is a beautiful ritual to incorporate into your daily self oil massage.
In our vision quest audio we journey back to the Garden of Eden from the biblical story of Adam and Eve, to meet Asherah as the Tree of Life, and fertility Goddess. At the end of our spiral in The Body, we will gather together live in ceremony for our shared celebration of the depths we have explored in our own personal practice, and offer ourself a rite of passage into our womanhood through the treasures we reclaimed. Please prepare for our ceremony by reviewing your own journey throughout The Body, and reflecting upon what feels most important and vital to share, release, or affirm for yourself.
