Every Body exists in this world through the relationally of The Daughter. We are all daughters of lineages with magic, power, gifts, and trauma. In The Daughter we begin our initial weaving of The Body and The Soul, through the paradox of spirit and ancestry, traversing the many initiations that come with Maidenhood, from virginity to emotionality to the blood mysteries.

Foundations
⟢ Lineage of Body & Soul ⟣
April 20th to 26th, 2026
This week you’ll slowly unfurl your petals in your journey in The Daughter, through your Foundations.
Begin by opening your manual with a map for this month. Then listen to The Daughter Herstory for the core teachings for our practices. Create your own intention setting ceremony with The Daughter Invocation which takes you on a journey to receive insights directly from your own inner Maiden.
Awaken the magic of The Daughter in our manual with a map of our month together. Here you’ll find our Foundations, Artemis, Sedna, and Persephone modules with rituals and practices. This week, start with Foundations to set your intentions, create your altar, and prepare for the month. Then come back to this manual each week with an outline of your journey for the next modules. You can print this guide and read it in physical form or download to journey offline.
Receive our core teachings in The Daughter Herstory, as you reconnect with the paradox of the infinite freedom of your soul beyond this lifetime, and the inherited conditioning within your own ancestry. You’ll be invited to remember a mythological context for your own journey as a soul within your personal family. Audio is about 1hour 21 minutes.
Create your own sacred opening ceremony in The Daughter through this invocation audio, which guides you into the weaving of your destiny as a daughter within your lineage. Prepare a ceremony for yourself by lighting a candle, coming to your altar, sitting or laying in meditation, and receiving our invocation through your being, then allowing your intentions to move through you. Artemis
⟢ Wild Belonging ⟣

Every woman at her core is wild. With Artemis, Virgin Huntress of the Moon, you’ll regain intimacy with your wild sovereignty, protecting your freedom to be yourself as sacred.

Before she became a lover, a wife, or a mother, every woman was a wild woman. She was a virgin and a sovereign. She was a daughter of Earth. Receive our core teachings in our Artemis Herstory, meeting She of the wild nature through her soul and body. You’ll explore true virginity, awaken out of prey, and reclaim your authentic belonging to the wild within. Audio is about 1 hour and 33 minutes.
Artemis was not only the Goddess little girls served as Priestesses, she was the Wild Mother who protected her cubs. In this simple nurturing practice, you’ll relax your body into receiving true nourishment for greater resilience as you navigate the wild terrain of your life. In this vision quest you’ll journey with Sedna in her form as Skeleton Woman weaving together the story by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, as you dive down into Her oceanic depths like the Inuit shaman, resurrect her from the depths, and bring her back to life through your devotion. Persephone

A Maiden’s ripening slowly blooms her into fertility through the passageway of menarche. With Persephone, you’ll reclaim your own Coming of Age as a Daughter of Goddess.

PERSEPHONE EMBODIMENT PRACTICE
I dream of a world where ever girl knows how to access the clear YES and NO that sings from her pelvis, and I know it begins with each of us now as sovereign women. In this guided audio practice you’ll explore sexual sovereignty through somatically listening to your yes and no within your womb and pelvis. This practice is designed to support you in reclaiming the sacredness, beauty, and innocence of your virginal sexuality, while more deeply embracing and claiming your sexual maturity. Most girls were brought into initiation, into their sexuality, beyond their own free will choice, or at least without the depths of soulful guidance they truly needed. In this vision quest audio you’ll take your own Persephone's Descent by free will choice, descending down into the Underworld, eating the pomegranate seeds, meeting with your own dark side, dancing with your inner devil, grieving the loss of your innocence, advocating for your return to the light, and rising to the upperworld more empowered in your wholeness.
