Through incarnation into The Body, we are born to lineages of families that belong us into a web of humanity, and also impacts us with genetics, gifts, wounds, and traumas. In The Daughter we begin our initial weaving of The Body and The Soul, through the paradox of spirit and ancestry, traversing the many initiations that come with Maidenhood, from virginity to emotionality to the blood mysteries.

Foundations
Lineage of Body & Soul
April 22nd to 28th, 2024
This week we root into the paradox of body and soul that weaves The Daughter’s journey, through our Foundations. Open our manual for a map of our journey throughout the entire month, and begin with Foundations. Then listen to The Daughter Herstory for our core teachings that open us into our practices together this month. Create your own intention setting ceremony with The Daughter Invocation which takes you on a journey to receive insights directly from your own inner Maiden.
In our manual you will discover a map for our journey with The Daughter, including our Foundations, Artemis, Sedna, and Persephone modules. In each module you will find an outline of our practices as well as additional rituals and explorations. You may wish to print this guide and read it in physical form or download to journey offline.
In our Herstory with The Daughter, we arrive to the paradox of the infinite freedom of our soul beyond this lifetime, and the inherited conditions from within our own ancestry by product of being in a body. This audio invocation is designed to support the opening of our journey with The Daughter. Prepare a ceremony for yourself, lighting your candles, sitting or laying in meditation, and receiving our invocation through your being, and then allowing your intentions to move through you. Artemis
Wild Belonging
April 29th to May 5th, 2024
Our first Goddess guide, Artemis, Virgin Huntress of the Moon, invites us into intimacy with our own wild sovereignty, the freedom to totally be ourselves and to protect that as sacred. Receive our core teachings through listening to our Artemis Herstory, and reopening The Daughter Manual (above) to our Artemis section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Artemis Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week.
In our Artemis Herstory we journey deeper into The Maiden, and we meet the true virgin, a woman whole unto herself, she who is connected with her own wild nature through her soul and her body. We explore the relationship between predators and prey, and how women reclaiming our sovereignty reinstates our authentic belonging to the wild within. Read the transcript of the audio here.
In this simple nurturing practice, we relax our bodies into receiving true nourishment as a resource in cultivating greater resilience as we navigate the wild terrain of our lives. Through our bodies we allow ourselves to be held by The Mother of Life, feeding and satiating the needs of our inner daughter, bringing replenishment and restoration.
With Artemis as our guide, we take our own vision quest into our sovereignty, our wholeness, our true virginity, as we revisit the whole wild landscape of ourselves. We travel through our maidenhood years, reconnecting with each part of ourselves, and our many diverse expressions as daughters of life. (Artist unknown)

Sedna
Emotional Healing
May 6th to 12th, 2024
With Sedna, we swim deeper down into the watery oceanic underworld of The Daughter, meeting with emotional wounding as the doorway to emotional healing. Receive our core teachings through listening to our Sedna Herstory, and reopening The Daughter Manual (above) to our Sedna section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Sedna Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week.
In our Sedna Herstory we travel to the Arctic and the depths of the ocean where the death and creation Goddess for the Inuit people lives. We journey through her story of betrayal by her father, and discover a map for her healing through the story of Skeleton Woman from Women Who Run With the Wolves. In our guided audio practice we awaken our mother and father lines through the felt sense in our body. As we settle into the ground of our bodies, we sense into the feeling of our right and left sides as voices of our own inner masculine and feminine, mother and father within. We then weave these energies whole.
In our vision quest audio we journey with Sedna in her form as Skeleton Woman weaving together the story by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, as we dive down into her oceanic depths like the Inuit shaman, resurrect her from the depths, and bring her back to life through our love. (Art by Claudia Olivos)
Persephone
Coming of Age
May 13th to 19th, 2024
A Maiden’s ripening slowly blooms her into fertility through the passageway of menarche. With Persephone, we reclaim our own coming of age as daughters of nature. Receive our core teachings through listening to our Persephone Herstory, and reopening The Daughter Manual (above) to our Persephone section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Persephone Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week.
In our Persephone herstory we explore the role of rites of passage within the psycho-spiritual-sexual journey of rebirth, as we cycle the life seasons of Maiden, Mother, and Crone. We create a new narrative for daughters that embraces the dark feminine and brings forth a world that honors the heart of womb sovereignty. Read the transcript of the audio here.
PERSEPHONE EMBODIMENT PRACTICE
In this guided audio practice we’ll explore sexual sovereignty through somatically listening to our yes and no within the womb and pelvis. This practice is designed to support us in reclaiming the sacredness, beauty, and innocence of our virginal sexuality, while more deeply embracing and claiming our sexual maturity.
In our vision quest audio we take our own Persephone's descent by free will choice, descending down into the underworld, eating the pomegranate seeds, meeting with our own dark side, dancing with our inner devil, grieving the loss of our innocence, advocating for our return to the light, and rising to the upperworld more empowered in our wholeness. At the end of our spiral in The Daughter, we will gather together live in ceremony for our shared celebration of the depths we have explored in our own personal practice, and offer ourself a rite of passage into our womanhood through the treasures we reclaimed. Please prepare for our ceremony by reviewing your own journey throughout The Daughter, and reflecting upon what feels most important and vital to share, release, or affirm for yourself.
