With The Daughter’s magic, freedom, and innocence retrieved, we now meet ourselves through our relationships with other women. In The Sister we journey with the polarities of woman, recognising what we reject and project in the reflection of sister, to access a fuller range of ourselves, and in turn to appreciate a wider spectrum of womanhood.

Foundations
⟢ Mirrors of Womanhood ⟣
May 18th to 24th, 2026
This week we expand from The Daughter into the many faces of the feminine as The Sister, through our Foundations.
Begin by opening your manual with a map for this month. Then listen to The Sister Herstory for the core teachings for our practices. Create your own intention setting ceremony with The Sister Invocation, guiding you deeper into all aspects of the Feminine within yourself, as the living Goddess Herself.

This week, start with Foundations to set your intentions, create your altar, and prepare for the month. Then come back to this manual each week with an outline of your journey for the next modules. Receive our core teachings in The Sister Herstory, as we journey through the biological competition within family constellations, the mean girl dynamics of the teenage years, through the witch trials and persecution, and eventually we ground back to our original roots as women, as Goddess, in her multidimensional forms. Create your own sacred opening ceremony in The Sister through this invocation audio, which includes a journey into The Sisterhood as all aspects of the feminine within you, as the living Goddess Herself. Prepare a ceremony for yourself by lighting a candle, coming to your altar, sitting or laying in meditation, and receiving our invocation through your being, then allowing your intentions to move through you. Lilith & Eve
⟢ Virgin & Whore ⟣
May 25th to 31st, 2026
Our first Goddess guides, Lilith & Eve, return us to the origin place of womanhood. You’ll meet the archetypes of the Virgin & Whore to repair the split of Original Sin within yourself.

Our Lilith & Eve Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week as part of your morning or evening routine.
Who were the Original women in the Garden who caused the great “fall” of man out of Eden? What keys do they hold for your healing, embodiment, and erotic sovereignty? Receive our core teachings in our Lilith & Eve herstory audio, where you’ll journey into the origins of the original women from the Old Testament. You’ll illuminate the split of woman from the beginning, into polar opposites, one who is praised: the virgin, and the other who is demonized: the whore. Audio is about 20 minutes.
LILITH & EVE EMBODIMENT PRACTICE
Could the oracles of Lilith & Eve be hiding in your sensual female anatomy? In this audio self massage ritual, you’ll be guided to attune to the somatic voices of the twin sisters inside of your body, the heart and the womb, the virgin and the whore, and to let these feminine centers show you the truth about the wild and the holy, reunifying the original split of woman in your own sensuality. Together we’ll gather in our first ceremony for The Sister, bringing deeper transformation and integration to our Foundations and Lilith & Eve modules.
There will be space for you to share your voice and channel from your Feminine Source, while receiving fresh alive transmissions from me in the moment.

Inanna & Ereshkigal

June 1st to 7th, 2026
From Lilith & Eve we travel further into our ancient herstory to the sisters of Sumeria: Inanna & Ereshkigal. You’ll reclaim both the light and dark Feminine as sacred, essential, and divine.

INANNA & ERESHKIGAL EMBODIMENT PRACTICE
Shadow and light are not only in the psyche, but deep in the landscape of the body. In this guided audio practice you’ll explore the duality of Inanna and Ereshkigal through the inner and outer worlds of your physicality. You’ll bring awareness to the interior world, all that within your body is unseen and hidden beneath your skin, and to the exterior world, all that outside of your body that is seen as your exterior self. You’ll know your inner and outer world more deeply, more wholly.
INANNA & ERESHKIGAL VISION QUEST
Inanna and Ereshkigal each serve a sacred purpose for the sustainability of creation within existence and within yourself. In our vision quest, you’ll directly experience the ancient myth of Inanna’s rebirth at the hands of Ereshkigal, traveling down to the Underworld, stripped of all your layers of outer power, meeting your inner Ereshkigal, as your own dark side. Humbled at her altar, you’ll have the space to be reborn, reunited with your exiled twin.

Sappho
⟢ Living Goddesses ⟣
June 8th to 14th, 2026
As the culmination of our journey in The Sister, we complete our spiral not with a Goddess, but with a woman. You’ll be embraced by the ancient Greek poetess Sappho, who shows us what it truly means to love our sisters as nature.

What is it to truly love a woman as Goddess in form? How can the witnessing of women as the whole full range of diverse Goddesses heal the sister wound in our world? Receive our core teachings in our Sappho Herstory, where you’ll journey with the ancient Greek Poetess as famous as Homer in her time, known for her rhythmic words about the beauty of the female form. Could your devotion to your own pleasure offer healing for all women in our world? How could worshipping your own body be a form of feminine activism? In our audio sacred self touch practice, you'll be guided on a sensual self love journey into the landscape of your body. As you devote yourself to your own pleasure, you support the healing and sacred remembrance of the flesh of all women everywhere. Audio is about 20 minutes.
We are more powerful as women when we come together in our authentic, unique, diverse expressions, and together we weave wild belonging. In our vision quest you’ll journey into the wild, to reconnect with the many expressions of Goddess in nature. In the wild you’ll call in your soul tribe through the body of the living Mother Earth, dance with your sisters in ceremony, and celebrate the gift of womanhood for the well being of all.
