With The Daughter’s magic, freedom, and innocence retrieved, we now meet ourselves through our relationships with other women. For many generations women have been turned against one another to create division and disempowerment, just as we have been conditioned to fragment parts of the feminine within.
Together we journey with the polarities of woman, recognizing what we reject and project in the reflection of sister, to access a fuller range of ourselves, and in turn to appreciate a wider spectrum of womanhood.

Foundations
Mirrors of Womanhood
May 20th to 26th, 2024
This week we expand from The Daughter into the many faces of the feminine as The Sister, through our Foundations.
Open our manual for a map of our journey throughout the entire month, and begin with our Foundations. Then listen to The Sister Herstory for our core teachings that open us into our practices together this month. Create your own intention setting ceremony with The Sister Invocation which takes you on a journey to receive insights directly from your own sisters within.
In our manual you will discover a map for our journey with The Sister, including our Foundations, Lilith & Eve, Inanna & Ereshkigal, and Sappho modules. In each module you will find an outline of our practices as well as additional rituals and explorations. You may wish to print this guide and read it in physical form or download to journey offline.
In our Herstory with The Sister, we journey through the biological competition within family constellations, into the mean girl dynamics of the teenage years, through the witch trials and persecution, and eventually we ground back to our original roots as women, as Goddess, in her multidimensional forms. This audio invocation is designed to support the opening of our journey with The Sister. Prepare a ceremony for yourself, lighting your candles, sitting or laying in meditation, and receiving our invocation through your being, and then allowing your intentions to move through you. Lilith & Eve
Virgin & Whore

Our first Goddess guides, Lilith & Eve, return us to the origin place of womanhood. Together we meet the archetypes of the Virgin & Whore to repair the split of Original Sin.

In our Lilith & Eve herstory audio, we journey into the origins of the original women from the Old Testament. Here we see the split of woman from the beginning, into polar opposites, one who is praised: the virgin, and the other who is demonized: the whore. Read the transcript of the audio here.
LILITH & EVE EMBODIMENT PRACTICE
This guided audio practice offers a powerful yet gentle self massage ritual to attune to the energies of the twin sisters inside of your body, the heart and the womb, and to let these feminine centers be the oracles of Lilith and Eve within your anatomy.

From Lilith & Eve we travel further into our ancient herstory to the sisters of Sumeria, Inanna & Ereshkigal, reclaiming both the light and dark feminine within ourselves.

Who are the Queens of the Underworld and the Upperworld? The rulers of Heaven and Hell? Together we descend into one of the most iconic feminine rebirth myths to meet with the sisters who represent a woman’s shadow and her light. Read the transcript of the audio here.
INANNA & ERESHKIGAL EMBODIMENT PRACTICE
In this guided audio practice we explore the duality of Inanna and Ereshkigal through the inner and outer worlds. We bring awareness to the interior world, all that within our bodies is unseen and hidden beneath our skin, and to the exterior world, all that outside of our bodies is seen as our exterior self.
INANNA & ERESHKIGAL VISION QUEST
In this vision quest we take our journey of descent as Inanna down to the underworld to meet Ereshkigal. When we arrive to the underworld, we discover our inner Ereshkigal, our own dark side. Humbled at her altar, we allow ourselves to be reborn, reuniting with her once again. (Art by Unknown.)
Sappho
Living Goddesses
June 10th to 16th, 2024
As the culmination of our journey in The Sister, we complete our spiral not with a Goddess, but with a woman. The ancient Greek poetess Sappho who teaches us what it truly means to love our sisters as nature.

What is it to truly love a woman as Goddess? This will be our journey with Sappho, the ancient Greek Poetess as famous as Homer in her time, known for her rhythmic words about the beauty of the female form. Sappho is an inspiration for how our female relationships can become spiritual practice. Read the transcript of the audio here.
In this audio touch practice, you'll be guided on a sensual self love journey into the landscape of your body. As you devote yourself to your own pleasure, you support the healing and sacred remembrance of the flesh of all women everywhere. Worship your own body, worship woman herself.
In this vision quest we journey into the wild, to reconnect with the many expressions of Goddess in nature. In the wild we call in our soul tribe through the body of the living Mother Earth, we dance with our sisters in ceremony, and we celebrate the gift of our womanhood for the well being of all. At the end of our spiral in The Sister, we’ll gather live in ceremony for our shared celebration of the depths we’ve explored in our own personal practice and offer ourselves a rite of passage into our womanhood through the treasures we reclaimed.
