The Wise Woman
Intuition, Mystery, Endings
Baba Yaga, Hecate, Dhumavati
October 7th to November 3rd
Live Ceremonies October 20th & November 3rd
Wisdom now roots within us as we have crossed the many thresholds and received the many initiations that come through The Body, The Daughter, The Sister, The Lover, The Mother, The Queen, and The Priestess. We are now ready to approach our final Initiatrix, the keeper of the mystery herself, The Wise Woman.
Here we enter the embrace of the Dark Goddess and the song of death as we learn to trust deeper into the mystery and the unknown. With The Wise Woman we receive our intuition as clairvoyants, oracles, mystics, witches, and hags. Unhooking from patriarchal prisons we embrace aging and the end of youth in reverence for all that we have gained as The One Who Knows.
Begin by watching our video below with an overview for our month together in The Wise Woman. Then open our Foundations Module for our first week of practices.
Foundations
Keeper of the Mystery
October 7th to 13th
This week we turn the wheel from The Priestess into the crowning of The Wise Woman, through our Foundations.
Open our manual for a map of our journey throughout the entire month, and begin with our Foundations. Then listen to The Wise Woman Herstory for our core teachings that open us into our practices together this month. Create your own intention setting ceremony with The Wise Woman Invocation which takes you on a journey to receive insights directly from your own wise woman within.
In our manual you will discover a map for our journey with The Wise Woman, including our Baba Yaga, Hecate, and Dhumavati modules. In each module you will find an outline of our practices as well as additional rituals and explorations. You may wish to print this guide and read it in physical form or download to journey offline.
In our herstory with The Wise Woman we explore the magic and mythos of the crone archetype, and the ways that she has been forgotten, hidden, buried, and demonized within our world religions and patriarchal societies. I share my personal story of crossing the veil between life and death and being initiated by the mystery. Read the transcript of the audio here.
This audio invocation is designed to support the opening of our journey with The Wise Woman. Prepare a ceremony for yourself, lighting your candles, sitting or laying in meditation, and receiving our invocation through your being, and then allowing your intentions to move through you. Baba Yaga
Wild Initiations
October 14th to 20th
Our first Goddess guide, Baba Yaga, the Slavic Crone Goddess, invites us to enter our own dark forest and receive the initiations that make us truly wise.
Receive our core teachings through listening to our Baba Yaga Herstory, and reopening The Wise Woman Manual (above) to our Baba Yaga section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Baba Yaga Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week.
In our herstory with Baba Yaga we explore the story of Vasalisa the Wise for understanding the role that the witch, the crone, the hag, serves within the sacred initiatory journey of trusting our intuition, claiming our power, and becoming wise. Read the transcript of the audio here.

Hecate
Crossing the Threshold
October 21st to 27th
Who is the one with eyes that see in the dark? With Hecate we meet with our fears of change, uncertainty, the unknown, and learn to be resilient in the face of our own thresholds of life and death.
Receive our core teachings through listening to our Hecate Herstory and reopening The Wise Woman Manual (above) to our Hecate section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Hecate Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week.
In our herstory with Hecate we return to the myth of Persephone but from the vantage of The Wise Woman. We explore what happens within our development when we lose the sacred role of the crone within society and how vital it is to reclaim her power now. Read the transcript of the audio here.
We are not separate from the mystery, we are the mystery. It is this remembering that can make the difference between fearing the unknown and treasuring it. In this embodiment journey we will explore our bodies as the mystery school, and create greater capacity to access and experience the mystery as it moves through us, as who we are.
In our vision quest we descend into the underworld to meet with our inner wise woman and deepen our trust and gain clarity within spaces in our lives that feel uncertain, confusing, or even frightening. We will learn to see more clearly in the dark and to appreciate the magic and beauty of the unknown. (Art by Hrana Janto)
Dhumavati
Disappointment as Medicine
October 28th to November 3rd
Dhumavati is the only Goddess with no consort, no lover, only herself, her rags, and her black crow. She is the Goddess of misfortune. Yet she is also one of the most potent Goddesses for realizing the truth of liberation.
Receive our core teachings through listening to our Dhumavati Herstory and reopening The Wise Woman Manual (above) to our Inanna section with our three recommended rituals and practices. Our Dhumavati Embodiment and Vision Quest audios can be done once or daily this week.
In our herstory with Dhumavati we meet the Goddess of Misfortune in the Hindu tradition, the opposite to Lakshmi, to receive the medicine of disappointment and the liberation it can bring. Read the transcript of the audio here.
