I’ve helped thousands of women from all across the world, many walks of life, and a wide range of ages, awaken Goddess in their female bodies, and belong themselves back to their deep feminine source.
I’ve been guiding women’s work for over a decade, but this path did not come easily for me…
As a girl, a teen, and eventually a young woman, no one taught me even the basics about my sexuality, how to feel my own erotic energy, how to respect my own boundaries, and how to choose what I actually desired for my body and for my life.
Instead, I learned to twist and contort myself into the wants and desires of patriarchy, basing my value on the boys (eventually men) who chose me, and following the path I believed society expected of me.
But Goddess came calling in 2011 when I lost my job, my partner left me, and at just 24 years old I took a big scary trust leap, and moved to the South Carribean of Costa Rica. In the womb of the ocean and the wild of primal jungle, my body awakened with the pulse of Mother Earth.
I was reborn through the erotic power of the Feminine.
I traveled the world with nothing but a backpack, studied yoga, meditation, shamanism, energy healing, transcendental dance meditation, tantra, breathwork, and countless esoteric spiritual traditions. I shared my journey on a blog, This American Girl, that was read by millions of people all over the world.
And then, in 2018, came the Dark Goddess.
Through a violent assault in my home one night, I was blast out of my body, shattered into the void of Source, and was destroyed in the womb of my deepest ancient exiled power as a woman.
Profoundly ungrounded from this catastrophic spiritual awakening while healing severe PTSD that left me debilitated, I realized how tremendously the Feminine had been abandoned and violated inside of my own body, in my lineage, and in the world.
In the process, to my amazement, I also discovered a deeper well of Love than I ever imagined possible, the very One I had been yearning for all of my life, and a remembrance of my body as inherently Sacred.
Goddess resurrected in my body and I was consumed by the greatest love in existence.
From the deepest reconnection to my own ancient Feminine Source, I remembered a worthiness within my sensuality that depended on no one and no thing. I remembered my birthrights as a woman. The path then became one of integration. Of learning how to live and embody this truth in every aspect of my life.
Since then I’ve devoted my life to unearthing our ancient truth as women, discovering the hidden maps of healing within our bodies, awakening the higher potential of feminine sexuality, and above all learning how to trust feminine power as the creative current of Life.
In 2019 Aphrodite came calling.
I began guiding women’s immersions in the land of Greece, where I received countless affirmations of my many lifetimes as a Cycladic priestess. I had numerous direct communions with Aphrodite through the cellular memories of the sea.
In April 2020, in the midst of the great rebirth of humanity, I birthed Awakening Aphrodite from my deep womb knowing, that remembering Goddess in YOUR body as a woman is the most powerful way you assist our great catastrophic evolution.
Your authentic feminine pleasure rooted in love is the nectar that births a new humanity.
Every summer since then, we’ve gathered together in the ancient sacred temple of womanhood, to resurrect our feminine birthrights as a healing for ourselves, our lineages, our future generations, and the world.
This year I’m guiding our Aphrodite temple from the island of Paros in Greece, communing daily with the ancient voices of the land.
