Throughout our 7 weeks you’ll be held in a powerful womb of women’s wisdom. This is a sacred sisterhood for you to share your journey, celebrate each other, AND ask for my feedback and guidance anytime you need (or desire) it.
Our journey follows the ancient myth of Persephone’s Descent to the Underworld, unraveling the Homeric Hymn to Demeter from the Eleusinian Mysteries. Here I’ve linked a pdf to the full translation by Gregory Nagy to follow along as you desire. (We’ll also have excerpts throughout the journey.)
Our journey follows the 4000 year old story of Inanna’s Descent to the Underworld, unraveling the cuneiform texts of ancient Sumeria. Here I’ve linked a pdf to the full translation by Diane Wolkstein & Samuel Noah Kramer to follow along as you desire. (We’ll also have excerpts throughout the journey.)

Wise Preparations

This week we take the most important (yet often overlooked) first step in the journey… making our wise preparations for descent. You’ll discover the secret to feeling safe with yourself to go deep into the dark feminine wild.

The Descent
December 29th to January 4th

Now the journey truly begins beloved. This week you’ll make your descent through the seven gates to the womb, directly accessing the truth that hides in your female anatomy.

Receive our core teachings in The Descent Herstory where we awaken through the mirrors of the descent processes Persephone and Inanna each meet on their way to the underworld. (Audio is 1 hour and 2 minutes.)
In this gentle, sensual self massage practice, we return to the seven gates of the yoni-womb, to re-inhabit our sexual centers as our own underworld domain. Create a warm and sacred space for yourself before exploring this practice. More details in our manual.
In this vision quest following the path of Inanna, we will descend through the seven gateways to the underworld and we will shed a layer of ourselves that no longer serves us at each gate, through: the maiden, mother, crone, earth, fire, water, and air.

It’s time to come eye to eye with the guardians of the Underworld. This week you’ll be guided to source your power through the wild spectrum of your emotions and shadows, fiercely claiming your boundaries, and falling in love with your dragons.

How do we bring what has died back to life? This week you’ll remember the profound mysteries of grief midwifery, those our ancestors practiced in many forms all over the world, to resurrect your deep feminine power back from the dead.

In this vision quest you’ll be guided to enter the cavern of the underworld and welcome parts of yourself who have died into the birthing pool of life and death. You will rebirth yourself in this pool through the seed of light of your soul.

The Resurrection
January 19th to 25th

Who are you now, as the one who rises after your rebirth? How do you negotiate your new self with the world again? This week you’ll walk the ancient Goddess pathway to bring your Dark Feminine power back into the light of the world, without losing your deepest connection to your intimate soulful embodiment.

Open our manual with a map of our week together, as well as two powerful Resurrection rituals. These rituals include a Persephone rite of passage ceremony to claim your crown and an Inanna journey as the twin to your ritual in The Descent, re-negotiating with the seven “me” you released.
Receive our core teachings in The Descent Herstory where we rise together on the other side of death, and meet the beauty and challenges that come with resurrection after endings, loss, and awakening to the darkness. (Audio is 1 hour and 15 minutes.)
Our embodiment practice offers a space for you to experience resurrection within your physical body, through beginning in a fetal pose in the dark womb of life, and with movement and breath slowly opening up and rising into the light. You may wish to journey through the practice one time with the audio, and then do it as a meditation with our included music.
In this vision quest you’ll resurrect through the seven gates of the underworld and at each gate integrate the "me" of the underworld with the "me" of the upperworld. You will rise and become fully reunified in the Great Above and in the Great Below as you bow to the essence within you that no "me" can ever give or take away.

We’ve arrived at the end of our journey, which truly is yet another beginning. This week you’ll receive space to integrate the powerful awakening you sourced through your rebirth in a practical, grounded way you can deepen into, throughout your lifetime.

On Saturday we’ll gather for our Closing Ceremony to honor and celebrate this journey we have shared.

Receive our core teachings in our Whole Integration Herstory where we create space for the underworld not as a place that we once visited, but as an essential quality of our existence as we cycle through the seasons of our inner and outer nature. (Audio is 14 minutes.)

Our vision quest is a celebration and honoring of the journey you have taken in our Queen of the Underworld temple, recognizing yourself as the endless cycles of nature, receiving the treasure you sourced from the journey to the underworld as you reclaim your crown, and return back to your life.
