This remembering has become my own life’s work…
The first three decades of my life I spent constantly believing that if only the right man would love me, somehow I would be saved from everything that felt difficult about my life and about the world.
No one taught me even the basics about my sexuality, how to actually feel my own erotic desires, how to respect my own boundaries, how to choose what I actually wanted for my body and for my life.
I most certainly did not learn that my body and sexuality were gateways to communion with the Divine, that I was a living breathing emanation of Nature, nor that my emotions, dreams, desires, fears, aversions, and even greatest suffering were all evidence of Goddess within me.
Instead, I placed my worthiness in the hands of what other people thought of me, rebelled through recklessness with my heart and body, and shamed myself for failing to measure up to the patriarchal model of what would deem me lovable enough to be worthy as a woman.
Through a big wake up call, I moved to the jungle of Central America and experienced a wild awakening between my own body and the pulse of Mother Earth. I was forever changed through the creative force of the Feminine.
For years I traveled all across the world, falling in love with Nature, learning from different cultures, discovering my authentic dreams and desires, and studying every spiritual system under the sun.
Eventually in 2018 I experienced a profound rebirth through descending into the embrace of my own womb, and was annihilated by what I discovered there. In the depths of my own unchartered lands, I realized how tremendously the Feminine had been abandoned and violated inside of my own body, in my lineage, and in the world.
In the process, to my amazement, I also discovered a deeper well of Love than I ever imagined possible, the very One I had been yearning for all of my life, and a remembrance of my body as inherently Sacred.
Since then I have become devoted to unearthing our ancient truth as women, discovering the hidden maps of healing within our bodies, awakening the higher potential of feminine sexuality, and above all learning how to trust feminine power as the creative current of Life.
It is now my offering and devotion to create sacred spaces where women can be the fullness of Life that we innately are, trust our pleasure and our power as the nectar that rebirths the world, and know that we are inherently worthy as the living dynamism of Nature.

Ok, thenwhy is that so challenging?
For thousands of years within a system of women’s oppression we have lived a pervasive collective story that the female body is dangerous, not to be trusted, and what makes us separate from God.
By consequence women have learned to sacrifice our souls, our bodies, our voices, our power, and our gifts for false promises of salvation and survival through thousands of years of patriarchy.
We have been taught to self abandon, self dishonor, self betray, and perhaps most painfully of all, to self forget, to forget the true nature of who and what we are.
In turn, most women have experienced numerous forms of violation trauma from the time we were maidens, and at the very least struggle to receive the depths of pleasure we crave and distrust our power to create what we truly desire.
You deserve to receive your birthrights as a woman.
To feel beautiful in your skin, to embody your sexuality free from shame, to be loved in the deepest reaches of your being, and to celebrate your power as the vessel who births humanity.
To feel more pleasure, to cherish the gift of your life, to be turned on by your own self, to only say yes to what honors your soul, and to be as much as you actually are.
You deserve to be Aphrodite.
This is not how it always was, and it’s certainly not how we’re designed.
Feminine pleasure was once recognized as the essential nectar that would fertilize the land, bless the crops, and ensure abundance for generations to come.
Our ancestors once bowed to the female body as God, for it is the womb of a woman that births the next generation. A woman’s body was not only a place of child birthing, but was an oracle, a temple, following the rhythms of creation through our moon cycles and life cycles.

Our first week together brings us to the temple gates of our inner Aphrodite. With an approach of reverence, we invite our deeper feminine wisdom to reveal Herself in sacred timing.
Preparing for the journey to come, we open into the magical mythology of Aphrodite in ancient Greek herstory, set our intentions for what we are calling in, create altars that anchor our visions in our daily space, connect with one another in our shared group community, and devote ourselves to two simple sensual practices each day.
At the end of the first week we gather for our Opening Ceremony on Zoom, to officially open the temple gates together, give voice to our intentions, and weave the powerful energy of Aphrodite to blossom through synchronicity in our lives and world.

In our second week, we cross the threshold into the temple of ourselves, and enter the first temple doorway of Aphrodite, discovering the power of our True Beauty.
True beauty is so much more than any cultural ideals and standards of a woman’s “desirability” in the eyes of patriarchy. Beauty is the direct experience of our nature from within. Beauty is what we feel when we listen to the life inside of ourselves. Beauty is our nature. We are nature. We are beauty.
Aphrodite’s beauty is what we feel within ourselves when we return in love with our own being, just as we are. As we create new imprints of reverence for this inherently beautiful body, our nature begins to trust us again.

In our third week, we enter our second temple doorway, Sexual Sovereignty, to summon the sacred and profane feminine that is our whole Aphrodite nature.
Sexual sovereignty goes beyond choosing how, when, and with whom we make love, it is ultimately about listening to the truth of our own life force. Beginning with descending our spirituality into our physicality, and inhabiting our sexual centers.
In this doorway, we learn how to receive our own sexual essence beyond inherited shame, to experience our own erotic nature as the dance of life. With that depth of embodiment, we listen to and honor what we authentically desire.

In our fourth week, we arrive to our third temple doorway, Sacred Union, as we meet the depths of our yearning for “the One” and call upon the love within us that is the true Beloved.
Now that we have reclaimed ourselves as Queens of our own sexuality, we clear toxic relationship dynamics from our heart and womb, release karmic cords with past lovers, and create a safe space to remove our armor and surrender to the Beloved within.
Uniting the inner masculine and feminine, we create a new blueprint for the kind of love we desire to experience in partnership with another. Marrying ourselves to ourselves, we reclaim our inner trust, which enables us to open our hearts and wombs to another from a place of empowered love.

In our fifth and final week, we crown through our rebirth journey into Heaven on Earth, where we summon the desire we have rediscovered within ourselves as the most powerful impulse of nature that births a new world in love.
We navigate the paradox of a dying world and a new one that has yet to be born, and practice holding the tension as we trust into our inner vision while actively creating the change we yearn to see in the outer world.
In that process, together we heal the ancient wounding that has impacted a woman’s capacity to receive abundance and be seen in the world. With our Aphrodite nature, we reclaim our right to thrive by giving and receiving our gold, and to employ our power to create positive personal and collective transformation.

Worthiness, true worthiness, is not even something that we claim. It is what we are. And it is what we re-member when we re-belong ourselves to the fullness of what we feel, what we crave, what we yearn for, and what moves the tides of our own oceans from within.
A woman’s worth is her birthright as a child of earthly and cosmic creation. A woman’s worth is her very life, and it is only when she truly learns to trust this life inside of herself, to follow that river home to the sea of her own belonging, that she finally drinks from the deepest well of nectar of her own love, as Goddess, as God, as Source.
A woman’s worth is her remembering that she is the Source, she is the One, she is the ever flowing nectar of eternal life. And as she remembers, she reawakens the power within her that creates a new world through the unstoppable flow of her love.
That is the power of Aphrodite within all women, and also within you.

There are so many wounded beliefs we have inherited about what it means to be a woman.
Until recently, a woman who celebrated her sensuality was shamed as a “whore” which is in fact derived from the ancient word “hor” which meant “womb,” the most sacred and powerful organ in our body that incarnates, gestates, and births a human life.
Until recently, a woman’s body was considered a dangerous temptation and her desires sinful and separate from God, when a woman’s body is actually the blueprint for the tree of life, desire is the spark of creation, and feminine sexuality has always been the nectar that awakens masculine consciousness into the dance of love.
Until recently, Heaven was perceived to be a place somewhere else, away from Earth, that we can only access when we leave the body and ascend, when in truth this body is the temple for the soul, our Mother Earth is the Queendom of Heaven, and life is a spiral of continual death and rebirth.

Since 2012 I have journeyed across the world from Greece to Colombia to Lapland, reclaiming ancient memories of my soul, guiding hundreds of women through Goddess retreats, and reaching millions of people through my writing. In 2018 after witnessing my life as I knew it dissolve, I dove deep into the ancient priestess mysteries through the mystical heart womb, where I was rebirthed through a dark night of the soul into a state of enlightenment where I knew in the depths of my bones that I was sacred, holy, and at one with the divine. This enlightenment lasted for weeks until it slowly faded, but a red thread of gnosis, the red thread that is a secret messenger for all women, stayed with me forever. I could no longer sacrifice myself for anyone or anything, because I had remembered my true nature.
This is the wisdom, blessing, and medicine that Aphrodite wants to awaken within our world at this pivotal time in evolution. Remembering is the secret key to loving and respecting yourself on a profoundly deep level, aligning yourself with the Beloved relationship you desire and deserve, and living in true prosperity through your unique medicine and gifts.
